Cecil Marine Online offers the following Returns Policy:

Items in original, unused condition, including all packaging and accessories, may be returned for exchange, credit or refund, less shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee at Cecil Marine upon our verification of purchase.

Defective Items

Within the applicable warranty period, defective items will be repaired or replaced per the manufacturer's warranty policy. For assistance, please call us at 1-856-629-4606 ext 2, or by e-mail sales@cecilmarine.com .

To make it easier and faster for you, our Electronics manufacturers request that you first deal directly with them as they can often solve the problem quickly and easily over the phone and you may not have to remove the product from your boat or go through the hassle of returning it.

If you believe an electronic item is defective, please first call the manufacturer’s phone number listed in the item’s packaging materials.

Return Methods

If You Have Your Original Invoice:

Please please make a copy and include it with the reason for return, ship the invoice, the item(s), all packaging and all accessories. 
Your refund will generally be in the same form as the original purchase.

Within 30 Days after purchase: 
If you paid via the following methods you will receive:
Credit Card Credit to the same credit card 
Debit Card with MC or Visa Credit back to the same credit card  
Cash or Check (up to $100) Cash Refund 
Cash or Check (over $100) Cecil Marine Check 

If You Do Not Have Your Original Receipt

Please call Cecil Marine at1-856-629-4606 ext 2 for instructions on how to return items. 
After we have verified the sale, we will issue Credit. 

To Return Directly to Cecil Marine

Please Review the Guidelines Below:

Merchandise containing hazardous material may only be returned to a Cecil Marine. 
Cecil Marine will not pay for return shipping charges unless the return is due to our error in your order. 
We will replace defective units and exchange for the same model and style only. 
Items must be returned in new and original condition. 
Include all original accessories, warranty card, and (if available) the original box. 
Pack the merchandise securely to prevent damage. 
For your protection, please insure the package for its full value.


Pro-Rated Items

Batteries will be prorated per the manufacturer's policy.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns of the following items:

Clearance items 
Computer software and electronic charts 
Items registered to the user i.e. EPIRBS, PLBs, SPOT 
Items with expiration dates (e.g. flares, charts, annual publications) 
Items which have been damaged due to improper installation 
Cut lengths (e.g., rope, wire, chain, cable, webbing, material, etc.).
