Light is identical as my old one except the plug is not exactly the same and does not plug into boat connection

Ordered part and was received within a week. However a small nut came rolling out of the packaging when opened. It appears the general manufacturing of the product (namely the orientation of the bolts and how they are countersunk) seemed less than what was expected.
