      I will specifically like to commend Joe Celano. First, when I place two separate orders, one after the next, he took the initiative to combine my shipment and refunded the shipping cost for one of the orders. That's really a customer focused and honest attitude. Joe was also responsive on my follow up questions regarding my order and shipment.
